The Family Behind the Work
Southern Comfort Zone opened its doors in 2000 on a simple bet: Charlotte homeowners would rather deal with a family that answers its own phone than a call center that routes them to a commission salesperson. Twenty-five years later the company is second generation, family owned and operated — with owner Steven Reicht keeping the promise — and the bet keeps paying off.
We install and service Trane equipment, handle residential, commercial, and industrial work, and we've gone deeper on indoor air quality than any shop our size in the market — because Charlotte's pollen and humidity demand it.
